The revenue and expenditure of finance from all over the world rely on flexible utilizations of financial tools by the competent authority. With the issuing of loan securities in need, the government could promote and carry out all kinds of policies and constructions to push forward business boom and to promote the economy. The government promoted all kinds of enterprises (public enterprises, financial institutions, public transportations, etc.) to participate in the investment of public constructions in order to complete the mission successfully. The Exhibition will show the public bonds, treasury bills and saving bonds issued by the early central government and the securities issued by the predecessors of public enterprises (Taiwan Power Company, Taiwan Industrial Bank, Chang Hwa Bank and the Taipei 10th Credit Cooperation, for example).
